This is a formal public declaration regarding the ongoing, coordinated, and severe retaliation directed at my family. We are documenting a systemic game of attrition—a bureaucratic strangulation that amounts to the slow manslaughter of our livelihood, our health, and our fundamental civil rights.
The Genesis of Retaliation
I did not ask for this fight. I started as a documented victim of a catastrophic semi-truck collision. I paid for my insurance coverage. I expected the system to work. Instead, I uncovered a labyrinth of bad-faith claims handling, institutional fraud, and the financial exploitation of my own family. Because I refused to look the other way, because I refused to put on a suit and play along with their corrupt version of "business as usual," we have been systematically targeted. The institutions designed to protect the public have instead been weaponized to silence a whistleblower.
The Reality on the Ground
The harassment has reached a breaking point where a normal life is no longer possible for us. We are subjected to constant surveillance, including state-operated drone programs, while simultaneously being denied basic police protection.
The absolute proof of this institutional arrogance was broadcast live on June 3, 2026. Within hours of my disabled wife formally serving a legal summons to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, we were subjected to an illegal, self-help residential lockout. When LVMPD arrived, they did not uphold the law. Instead, on live camera, an officer stated he would help load sensitive federal evidence into our vehicle, and then simply drove away.
They abandoned a disabled woman. They abandoned a man suffering an active, documented medical emergency. They abandoned four innocent animals in the extreme Las Vegas heat, alongside critical federal evidence. There is no jurisdiction on earth where animal lovers, legal professionals, or decent citizens would view this as anything other than depraved indifference.
The Demand for Federal Intervention
This is not standard law enforcement; this is witness intimidation. It is retaliation. It is the weaponization of the badge to protect corporate consumer fraud. I am publicly demanding that the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security intervene. The evidence of civil rights violations under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and witness tampering under 18 U.S.C. § 1512 is preserved, redundantly backed up, and publicly available. Federal agencies must now demonstrate their competency and fulfill their mandate, or their silence will serve as complicity in this harassment.
Terms of Resolution
We will not be intimidated, we will not be exhausted, and we will not disappear.
My objective remains what it has always been: a structured, neutral, and lawful settlement that is commensurate with the catastrophic harm, financial devastation, and permanent disruption inflicted upon my family.
